Day 1 of the course is entirely online. You will receive a link to complete an E-Learning and E-Assessment module which needs to be completed prior to attending the first on-site day.

The training for your team will be held at your site or a location hired by your organisation.

During the day of the training, you will be 2 attempts to complete the Multiple Choice Question exam. If you are unable to pass during those attempts, the MCQ can be rescheduled at the next available date at a cost of £50. We will support you until you pass this Qualification. 99% of learners pass within their first attempts.
