Day 1 of the course is entirely online. You will receive a link to complete an E-Learning and E-Assessment module which needs to be completed prior to attending the first on-site day.

The training for your team will be held at your site or a location hired by your organisation.

During the 3rd day of the training, you will be given many attempts to complete the Multiple Choice Question exam. If you are unable to pass during those attempts, the MCQ can be rescheduled at the next available date at a cost of £50. We will support you until you pass this Qualification. 99% of learners pass within their first attempts.
